ALNETRA B ZAROE

President

Born and raised in West Africa Liberia. The president grew up in poverty and strive to succeed in life. She is a frame believer in women empowerment and has work with various organizations to ensure women are empowered. She has over 10 years of organizational experience backed by higher level education (MBA, Candidate for MPA, MSHCA). She is team spirited, and result-oriented. Ms Zaroe is a a skilled communicator; she specializes in event planning and organizing. Ms Zaroe has work in many organizations and she is able to maintain cultural sensitivity, establish rapport with members of diverse groups, and promote team cohesiveness. The president is highly organized and independent; able to effectively coordinate tasks to accomplish projects with timeliness and creativity. Ms Zaroe is a self-starter, able to strategize and prioritize effectively to accomplish multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
Ms Zaroe is looking forward to lead the organization with passion, and to work hard to ensure that every young woman out there feels their best and be their best.

 I want to be remembered  as a woman who stand by her words. I find happiness  in helping others , and by  being an example. I have an amazing  son who I do it all for. He inspires me to be better and do better.  Determination is the key to life,  as long as you are determined the sky is the limit.

The Director of operation come to the organization with years of experience, and great knowledge, working with women and children in the private and public sector. She is experienced, trustworthy, and fun. Ms Dugbaye is a Liberian native, born and raised. She has held and completed many major projects that was geared towards women empowerment. Benetta Dugbaye is truly a joy to be around and makes it a pleasure to come to work every single day.
